Hosting & inquiries
Lovable Cloud and its infrastructure providers supply hosting and private file/inquiry storage. Technical connection data include IP address, URL, time and browser information (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Contact details, company/project data, selections and optional photos/PDFs prepare your requested quotation (Art. 6(1)(b)). Separate contact consent is recorded under Art. 6(1)(a), not for marketing. A coarse server country signal may preselect a region.
Preferences & external maps
Local storage uses wannenwerk-language, wannenwerk-theme and wannenwerk-cookie-consent for requested preferences and consent records (§25(2) TDDDG). No analytics or advertising cookies are included in application code. OpenStreetMap Foundation (UK) maps load only with external-map consent and receive IP/browser information. Browser-approved location lookup also sends coordinates to Nominatim. Consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) can be withdrawn in Cookie settings; this unloads maps but cannot recall previously transmitted data.
Media, links & retention
A media CDN may deliver images and 3D files with necessary connection data. Fonts are hosted locally. Clicking WhatsApp, email or map links opens the relevant external provider. Data are private, not shared for advertising and retained for the inquiry and applicable statutory duties. Consent records contain timestamp, version, language and purpose. Before publishing, verify and supplement processor identities, hosting locations, specific retention periods and international-transfer safeguards against provider contracts.
Your rights
Consent withdrawal does not affect prior lawful processing. You may complain to a supervisory authority under Art. 77 GDPR, including the North Rhine-Westphalia authority for Neuss. No automated decisions with legal effects are made. This policy is a draft requiring legal review.
