Estimates & Express requests
Non-binding estimate. A legally binding contract is concluded only after written order confirmation and an on-site inspection. Execution is subject to on-site technical feasibility assessment. Sending a form is not an order or confirmed booking. Express VIP is a requested date, not guaranteed availability.
Scope, prices & payment
The written confirmation specifies scope, price and scheduling. Additional work requires separate agreement. Fixed prices apply only to confirmed scope; payment terms are individually agreed. Gemäß § 19 UStG wird keine Umsatzsteuer berechnet und ausgewiesen (Kleinunternehmerstatus).
Inspection & consumer protection
Access, connections and permits are agreed for each project. Statutory defect and withdrawal rights remain unaffected. Where applicable, a separate withdrawal notice and model form must be supplied before contracting. An Express request does not waive withdrawal rights or authorize an early start.
Warranty & liability
Any five-year material warranty supplements statutory rights; its provider, scope and conditions require separate confirmation before contracting. Statutory liability applies. Mandatory local consumer protections remain intact. These draft terms require legal review before contractual use.
